Job Overview

Award-winning Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join its dynamic team in Philadelphia. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment/educational team, you will contribute to the development, evaluation, and implementation of personalized treatment plans for children with developmental delays.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing clinical service delivery goals aligned with agency objectives and policies.
  • Completing required training for state and local licenses, certifications, clearances, and formal training.
  • Designing and implementing behavior management plans using evidence-based Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques.
  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments to identify functions of behavior.
  • Providing training for parents/guardians on ABA interventions used in treatment plans.
  • Supervising Behavior Technicians working with clients and their families.
