Responsibilities
- Evaluates patients to determine their occupational therapy needs and develops plans to address those needs.
- Provides occupational therapy treatment to patients, including exercises and activities designed to improve their physical function and mobility.
- Works with patients, families, and caregivers to develop strategies for managing daily living activities and maintaining independence.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinates services as needed.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field required.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Alabama required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
