Job Description
The Nursing Assistant Community Care Professional is a key member of our nursing team responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Nursing Assistant Community Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation, while also contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (estimated based on location and experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • United States citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nursing or related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Basic life support certification (BLS) required within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
