Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Professional to join our team in providing exceptional medical surgical care. This is a full-time night shift position with a 36-hour workweek, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role:

This nursing professional will be responsible for providing direct patient care, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare disciplines, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of patient care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state license, obtained prior to hire date. You should also possess a diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
