About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Manufacturing Operations to join our team at Kimberly-Clark Careers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of a world-class manufacturing organization and asset footprint that can safely and consistently deliver product supply needs of our North American businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing Operations Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all manufacturing operations in North America, ensuring safe and efficient production of high-quality products.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that meet business objectives and drive growth.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Foster a culture of zero loss mindset and drive improvements across all principal accountabilities of safety, quality, culture, delivery, and cost.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of 5-year strategic business plans for manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Performance Benchmarking: Conduct internal and external performance benchmarking to identify best practices and drive adoption across North America and the enterprise.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels of the organization.
