Job Summary

Town Center Orthopaedics is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our Fairfax location. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care and developing evidence-based treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with various orthopedic conditions.
  • Implement and progress treatment plans, utilizing a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
  • Current VA physical therapist license and CPR certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in an outpatient setting, with dry needling certification preferred.
  • New graduates welcome to apply with clinical references.
