Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from $210,000 to $225,000, complemented by a 10% production incentive.
Patient Load: Responsible for managing 18-20 patients daily.
Electronic Medical Records System: Utilizes Epic for patient documentation.
Work Setting: Operates within a clinic environment.
Job Responsibilities: As a pediatrician, you will focus on evidence-based practices, oversee mid-level providers and nursing staff, and deliver direct patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing primary healthcare services to pediatric patients.
- Developing and implementing clinic protocols.
- Participating in quality assurance evaluations.
- Offering supervision and consultation to staff.
- Delivering healthcare services via telephone consultations.
Qualifications Required: Candidates must possess a valid TX medical license, have completed a residency program, be board certification eligible in family practice, hold a TX DEA certificate, and maintain CPR certification.
