Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations on commercial construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety on site.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve any concerns.
  • Train and mentor site personnel, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • OSHA certification and first aid/CPR certification are a plus.
