Job DescriptionStarling Physicians is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist to join our expanding Ophthalmology department. We're looking for a team player to join this well-regarded, long-established, and collegial practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality eye care services to patients in New Britain and Wethersfield, CT.
- Collaborate with our fellowship-trained retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics specialists.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Participate in coordinated resources and shared expertise to ensure seamless care management.
- Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before starting practice.
- Board Certification/Eligibility and DEA license required.

Compensation Range: $375,000-$425,000. Salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors, including years of experience, individual performance, quality measures, and location of position.
