Job Summary

The Medical Professional Lead is responsible for establishing an authentic personalized relationship with patients and their support systems. They collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death. The Medical Professional Lead utilizes best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred. A Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board-approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

A minimum of one to two years of relevant experience in obstetrics, postpartum, women's care, or emergency services is preferred. A current RN license in the appropriate state is required.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
