Overview

The Walsh Group is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our internship program in Richmond, IN and Evansville, IN. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in project engineering and field management, preparing you for leadership positions both on and off the jobsite.

Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers and field supervision staff with project coordination
  • Write RFIs, submittals, and assist in change orders
  • Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity
  • Schedule various contracts and materials
  • Document control
  • Safety management
  • Quantity take-offs
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Progress photo documentation
Qualifications
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Ability to work a 12-week work schedule is preferred
  • Specific roles may require relocation
