Toddler Program Director at New Beginnings Early Learning: Shape the Minds of Tomorrow

We seek an experienced educator to lead our toddler program, providing a safe and stimulating environment where young children can grow and thrive. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of early childhood education principles and best practices. As Toddler Program Director, you will oversee the curriculum development and implementation process, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and care. You will work closely with our educational team to develop and execute creative lesson plans, coordinate activities and events, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and mutual respect. A Bachelor degree in early childhood education or a related field is required, as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
