Success in this role hinges on several key factors: fostering a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining high-quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and demeanor.
Event Coordination Specialists will remain active throughout their shifts, requiring the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and to handle physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Excellence in these tasks, along with other reasonable duties as assigned, is vital for Event Coordination Specialists to ensure satisfaction for both our guests and our organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Related Work Experience:
Less than 1 year of relevant experience
Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required
