Job Title: Night Custodian - Part Time

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a part-time night custodian to conduct housekeeping operations at our IDA sites in Arlington, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned office, common areas, and washrooms
• Conduct housekeeping operations, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, removing trash and garbage, and providing supplies and minor maintenance services
• Account for individual assigned tools and equipment
• Work closely with the Night Lead Cleaner and perform other tasks as directed by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• One or more years of experience in housekeeping on commercial-industrial building equipment
• Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures and technologies
• Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing/walking
