Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dedicated Truck Driver to join our team at Midwest Logistics Systems. As a Dedicated Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer day cabs, working with onsite leaders and dispatch, and driving the same out-and-back dedicated route every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a dedicated route with a consistent schedule, ensuring timely delivery of automotive parts to customers.
  • Work closely with onsite leaders and dispatch to ensure efficient route planning and execution.
  • Haul no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, minimizing handling and increasing efficiency.
  • Participate in safety and performance bonus programs, earning up to $600 per quarter and $750 per quarter in longevity bonuses.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
  • Live within 40 miles of Kalida, OH.
