Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Prisma Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, producing high-quality images, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Imaging Procedures: Perform MRI procedures with precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality images and efficient workflow.
  • Patient Care: Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
  • Magnet Safety: Screen patients and staff entering the MRI suite to ensure magnet safety and prevent any potential hazards.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality control tasks to ensure equipment and procedures meet established standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and patient care.
Requirements
  • Certification: ARRT registered in Radiology & MRI, or ARRT registered in MRI, or ARRT registered in MR I, or ARMRIT-American Registry of MRI certification.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, knowledge of office equipment, proficient computer skills, data entry, and mathematical skills.
