Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Seasonal Harvest Operator to join our team at JBS USA. As a key member of our feed mill operations, you will provide critical support to our manufacturing positions, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility and equipment
• Operate feed milling equipment as needed to ensure timely delivery of finished feed
• Provide backup support for both shifts, including covering for absent team members
• Coordinate and manage smaller quantity batching ingredients, including recordkeeping and monitoring
• Safely operate a fork truck to receive and move materials throughout the facility
• Monitor equipment and report any necessary repairs or concerns to management
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure effective communication and teamwork
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Working Conditions:

• Work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Exposure to loud noises, dusts, and gases
• May be required to work in extreme temperatures, including below zero degrees in winter and over 100 degrees in summer
• Must be able to lift, bend, and move materials as needed
