We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Skincare Specialist to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton in Kahuku, HI.
About the Role:
As a Luxury Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional waxing and skincare services to our discerning guests. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that every guest feels pampered and relaxed during their visit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality waxing and skincare services to guests
- Assess guest needs and recommend personalized skincare regimens
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to quality assurance standards
- Foster positive relationships with guests and team members
Requirements:
To be successful as a Luxury Skincare Specialist, you must possess:
- A valid State Esthetician License
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
