Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and achieving sales and profit goals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including the fueling area, kiosks, and surrounding areas.
- Sales and Profit Goals: Achieve sales and profit goals established for the store, monitoring and controlling all established quality assurance standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain awareness of inventory/stocking conditions, noting any discrepancies in inventory.
- Cash Handling: Understand and perform cashier functions, including handling cash, operating a cash register, and processing transactions.
- Fuel Delivery: Responsible for fuel delivery and documentation of fuel inventory.
- Safety and Security: Comply with safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and notify store management.
- Reporting: Complete incident and security reports, as well as maintain state, local, and company compliance reports and logs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Second language: speaking, reading, and/or writing.
- Experience: Fuel experience preferred.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to meet the minimum physical demands of the position.
