Pediatric Interventionist

**Role Overview:** As an Early Childhood Therapist with Criterion Child Enrichment, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to families with children birth to 3 years of age who are experiencing developmental delays or risks. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a commitment to family-centered care.

**Responsibilities:*

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans for each child.
• Implement strategies to support child development, including parent-child interactions, play-based interventions, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous quality improvement.
