About the Role:

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our team. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch patient care and supporting our mission to prioritize individualized care for patients facing chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in infection control, risk management, and patient education activities
  • Guide new patients through a comprehensive 120-day education plan
  • Obtain and record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment
  • Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Set up and break down dialysis blood systems for treatment
  • Insert and remove patient access needles
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, document changes, and inform the charge nurse of any concerns
  • Calculate patient weight loss to reach dry weight
  • Determine patient care priorities and organize workload accordingly
  • Maintain professional working relationships, observing patient privacy and rights
  • Maintain and track inventory
  • Perform laboratory work

Work Schedule:

Full-time, three 12-hour shifts starting at 5:00am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Compensation:

Pay range from $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on healthcare experience; experience not required
