  • **Team Coordination**: Coordinate the efforts of engineers, technicians, vendors, and contractors involved in the project.
  • **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to telecommunications and real estate development.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • **Experience**: Seven or more years of experience in project management in the IT or telecommunications sector.
  • **Technical Skills**: Solid technical background, including knowledge of network infrastructure devices like routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
  • **Project Management Skills**: Proficiency in project planning, budget management, stakeholder management, and risk management.
  • **Certifications**: Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, and RCDD.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

**Work Environment:** Our office is located in FT Lauderdale, and we require our team members to be present on-site 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
