Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at Mount Olive Center in Mount Olive, NC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in patient care planning and implementation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
