**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team as a Clinical Healthcare Services professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to patients, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide clinical services to patients, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management
  • Counsel patients on medication usage and potential side effects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire

**Salary Range:**

The salary range for this position is $55.00 per hour - $85.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
