This is a remote with travel or hybrid role, and we prefer candidates in the metro areas near our offices in Schaumburg, IL or Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be a leader within our supply chain finance team, responsible for supporting the reporting of cost and simplification initiatives within our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a streamlined and cohesive reporting structure for data across multiple business units and enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and insights for the supply chain team, including variance analysis, cost tracking, and forecasting.
  • Support the development of the annual budget and periodic financial reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Business Partnering:
  • Act as the primary financial business partner to the Vice President of Net Productivity and Procurement, providing financial insights and analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and business unit leadership to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Present financial information and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Contribute reports and analysis for established meeting cycles.
Simplification Program:
  • Lead financial analysis and reporting to facilitate the ongoing cost and simplification initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with supply chain optimization efforts.
  • Develop and implement financial models to assess and improve supply chain efficiency.
Measures of Success:
  • Improvement in report generation efficiency and enhancement of data accuracy.
  • Contribution to cost-saving measures through data-driven insights.
  • Effective communication of financial and data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Ability to effectively support and drive supply chain cost and simplification initiatives.
  • Proficiency in managing financial aspects of supply chain operations, including financial planning and analysis and net productivity calculations.
  • Successful collaboration with the Vice President of Net Productivity and Procurement, resulting in informed decision-making and improved productivity metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • 8+ years proven experience in finance and financial analysis, previous management experience desired.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau/Business Objects, Power Pivot/Power Query, and BOBJ or similar is required.
  • Experience in integrating data from disparate sources to create cohesive and insightful reports.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or procurement finance a plus.
  • Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial and data analysis clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
