About the Role

As a Sports Bar General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be the leader in creating an exceptional experience for our sports fans. You will be responsible for ensuring that your sports bar is at the top of its game, from local restaurant marketing to Profit and Loss statement results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead your sports bar Management Team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
  • Oversee all community connection and fundraising related activities.
  • Manage and direct work of others, champion change, and analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
  • Maintain financial and statistical records.
  • Deal with customer complaints and queries.
  • Oversee stock and pricing control.
  • Maximize profitability and productivity.
  • Motivate staff to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Prepare promotional displays and materials.
  • Liaise with management.
  • Take care of promotional prospects, benefits, and salaries of their staff.
  • Provide opportunities for staff advancements.
Requirements
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations.
  • Ability to manage and direct work of others, champion change, and analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
  • High school graduate or similar.
  • Extra points if you bring a bachelor's degree, have 4-5 years of management experience, and previous Restaurant General Manager experience.
  • Possession of a passion for training and developing your Team.
