Job Title: Production Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team at Dreampak LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production operations, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling assigned product lines, ensuring all manufactured and purchased parts are available for production to meet customer delivery requirements. You will work closely with the Sr. Production Manager and other departments to coordinate efforts and resolve inquiries and problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review the master schedule for upcoming assigned product line requirements and develop the schedule of production for assigned product lines to ensure on-time customer delivery.
- Act as a technical resource to purchasing, production, sales, and other departments to coordinate efforts and address and resolve inquiries and problems.
- Adjust the production schedule as needed based on availability and customer demands.
- Manage and report all change requests, order completion, and late orders with all defined departments.
- Utilize and improve Scheduling Tools to increase utilization and report out, along with helping to integrate Scheduling into ERP systems.
- Assist in managing inventory control through verifying inventory documentation.
- Follow new product lines for validation and production.
- Complete all special projects as assigned.
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents, etc.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work policies and procedures.
