Kent Corporation is seeking a skilled Blender Operator to join our team in the blending room. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing blending operations and ensuring the quality of our products.

• Read and understand blending schedules and formulas to ensure accurate production.
• Inspect raw materials for quality and integrity, and report any issues to supervisors.
• Measure and weigh raw materials accurately, and follow mixing instructions to ensure consistent product quality.
• Assume responsibility for basic quality assurance and cleaning and sanitizing blending equipment.
• Complete daily assignments with minimal supervision, and maintain accurate production records.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperature conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including above head and below the waist, for 50% or more of the shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work at line speed with coordinated hand and finger movements.
