About Us:
Youth Consultation Service (YCS) is a progressive organization dedicated to mental and behavioral health, experiencing significant growth.


We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time capacity.


Our Facility:
Sawtelle Sewell/Cedarbrook operates as a psychiatric residential treatment center focused on supporting at-risk youth, including those diagnosed within the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and interviews with clients.
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Create Behavior Support Plans and establish data collection systems.
- Train staff on the implementation of Behavior Support Plans and recommended interventions.
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to staff in applying ABA strategies.
- Educate families on the execution of Behavior Support Plans and recommended practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Vice President of ABA Services.


Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities is required.
- Attendance at a three-day orientation is required for all new hires.


Job Type:
Full-time position.

Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.


Education Requirements:
- Master’s degree is required.


Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of one year in ABA strategies, Behavior Support Plans, and Assessment/Behavior Functions.


Licensure:
- BCBA Certification is required.


Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 50% is necessary.


Work Environment:
- In-person position.
