Our expert team offers a wide range of services, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, early intervention, and mental health counseling, tailored to meet the unique needs of our young patients and their families. We are committed to delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to help every child achieve their fullest potential.
Compensation: Starting at $30 per hour, based on experience.

As a Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist at T & K Pediatric Services, you will be instrumental in assisting children in developing essential skills necessary for daily activities and achieving their developmental goals. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, including speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and behavioral health specialists, to provide our patients with tailored and comprehensive treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing children's physical, sensory, and cognitive capabilities to identify their needs and formulate personalized treatment strategies.
- Designing and executing therapeutic activities and exercises aimed at enhancing motor skills, coordination, sensory integration, and cognitive functions.
- Tracking and documenting progress, modifying treatment plans as needed, and recording patient milestones.
- Working in partnership with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
- Offering guidance and support to parents and caregivers on strategies to foster skill development and reinforce therapy techniques at home.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in North Dakota.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a pediatric environment; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Proven knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, parents, and caregivers.
