  2. We are seeking a skilled AP Processor/Analyst - Mobile Logistics to join our team.
  3. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vendor accounts are in good standing with no past dues/aging invoices.
  4. Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables and ensure effective monitoring practices are in place.
  5. Process invoices via multiple methods/systems, avoiding hidden costs, interest charges, and late fees.
  6. Build relationships with vendors to ensure timely invoice receipts.
  7. Weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of payables.
  8. Work with business operations to ensure proper purchase order management.
  9. Submit approval requests for past due invoices.
  10. Evaluate internal control and make recommendations for improvement.
About the Role

This is a full-time position (W2) based in Coppell, TX.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
