Patient First is a leading urgent care and primary care provider with over 75 locations throughout the greater Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey areas. Founded by a physician, we know the value of flexibility and autonomy in both professional and personal life.

We're actively recruiting board-certified and board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine physicians to join our team. Additionally, we have options available for Pediatricians at select locations.

Compensation and Benefits Breakdown

We offer four full-time employment statuses that include health insurance, vacation, and CME benefits:

  • Full-Time 40: Average 40 hours per week, salary plus incentive compensation $156,000-$378,000 per year
  • Full-Time 36: Average 36 hours per week, salary plus incentive compensation $156,000-$378,000 per year
  • Full-Time 30: Average 30 hours per week, salary plus incentive compensation $130,000-$320,000 per year
  • Weekend Special: 108 hours during a four-week period, 60 of which must be weekend hours, salary plus incentive compensation $150,000-$350,000 per year

In total, our comprehensive compensation package includes:

$178,000-$400,000 per year
