In this role as a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead the design process and review, utilizing computer-aided technology to create structural models. You will provide expert services in geotechnical, natural resources, tunnels, and railroad markets, leveraging your experience in structural design and technical management for underground infrastructure projects.

This position requires supporting project opportunities locally and nationwide, collaborating with office managers and practice leads. You will also participate in marketing services, developing project scope of work, budgets, and cost control strategies.

As an experienced engineer, you will provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior colleagues, preparing and writing engineering reports, analyses, specifications, drawings, and calculations. You will ensure technical quality and accuracy in your work, interacting with clients, vendors, and staff at all levels.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering. A Master or PhD Degree in structural engineering is preferred, along with a minimum 14 years of experience in structural engineering for underground structures. Professional Civil Engineering (PE) License is required, while a Professional Structural Engineering (SE) License is desired.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on education, experience, and qualifications.
