We are seeking a highly skilled Therapist II to join our team at LifeSkills, providing a range of treatment services to children and adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, or both.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, family, group therapy, and psychosocial assessments for children and adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, or both.
- Maintain an average of 5-6 hours daily billable service at Clinic, community partner locations, schools, homes, and via telehealth during regular weekday operating hours.
- Provide emergency on-call services as needed; after hours and on weekends (scheduled in advance and reimbursed beyond base pay).
- Work for the agency with the widest and most intensive array of Behavioral Health services in South Central Kentucky, serving children and adults since 1966.
- Be a part of interdisciplinary teams at every location, with the largest group of Behavioral Health Professionals in the region; including Case Managers, Peer Support Staff, Psychiatric providers and others.
- Opportunities to supplement base pay; including performance bonuses over $15,000 a year for service billing.
- Training and certification in nationally-recognized, evidence-based practices provided at no-cost.
- Reimbursement for professional licensure costs, including CEUs.
- Company Laptop with IT and network support; clinical documentation through nationally-recognized EHR software; dedicated office, practice space, and clinical support staff at every location.
- Billing, credentialing, and other professional services managed and provided by LifeSkills.
- Full benefits, including Health Insurance, Vacation leave, Sick Leave, 10 paid Holidays and one Personal Day per year; subsidized participation in the Kentucky Retirement System pension plan.
