**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Prospect new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Present and negotiate service agreements to meet client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with high-quality talent.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas, revenue goals, and other KPIs.
  • Document client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
