Start your healthcare journey and make a difference in the lives of others by enrolling in our Nurse Aide Training Program. This training is offered at no cost, requiring no prior experience—just a genuine interest in a career dedicated to compassionate care for our patients and residents. The duration of the training program can range from 1 to 4 months. Upon successful completion, a position will be available for you. Becoming a Licensed/Certified Nurse Aide can serve as a stepping stone to a fulfilling career, with clinical pathways available to advance as a nurse aide, and encouragement to further your nursing education to become an LPN or RN through our tuition assistance program. Non-clinical career advancement opportunities are also accessible.

Qualifications:* Certification from a state-approved certified nursing assistant program must be obtained within four months of completing the nurse aide training.
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors, as well as to respond effectively to medical and physical needs.
