Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our team at a prestigious healthcare facility in Arizona. As a Hospitalist Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing hospital admissions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
  • Manage hospital admissions, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Arizona
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Hospitalist Physician
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
