Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing hand or powered equipment to carry out warehousing tasks.
  • Confirming received materials against documentation, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or damages, and directing materials to designated storage areas.
  • Organizing, stacking, or palletizing items in line with established storage protocols, as well as conducting inventory checks and reporting any deterioration or damage of stored goods.
  • Processing shipping or transfer requests for finished products based on customer orders or sales documentation.
  • Documenting filled orders, tracking items dispatched or omitted, maintaining records of outgoing shipments, and notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
  • Physically handling tasks that may involve lifting items weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.

Education/Certification: A High School diploma or equivalent is necessary.

The candidate must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Security Requirement: Sensitive but Unclassified security clearance is mandatory.
