About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital. As a Wound Care RN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive wound care services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct wound assessments and develop treatment plans to promote optimal healing and prevent complications.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Florida.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in wound care required; wound care certification preferred.
