Core Responsibilities
What you will be responsible for...

- Cultivating a culture of safety and implementing workplace policies effectively.
- Leading and mentoring skilled trades and maintenance personnel in all facets of asset management, including but not limited to: asset availability (mean time to repair, mean time between failure), cycle time, preventative maintenance, and predictive monitoring technologies.
- Guiding teams in utilizing both new and existing machine monitoring tools to identify system constraints and systematically minimize production interruptions.
- Building strong relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management.
- Communicating effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners, and customers.
- Administering the collective bargaining agreement consistently and effectively.
- Assessing team member performance and promoting continuous improvement.

Additional Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Fundamental understanding of PLC logic and controls
- Mechanical aptitude
