We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical staff in providing safe and effective dialysis treatments.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease
- Assist clinical staff with dialysis treatments and patient care activities
- Monitor patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment
- Insert and remove patient access needles
- Calculate patient weight loss to reach dry weight
- Perform laboratory work and maintain inventory
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to problem solve and work effectively in a team environment
- Paid 12-week training program with preceptor
