About the Position:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, well-being, and happiness of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and assistance to a designated group of residents, including bathing, grooming, and medication management
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility, as needed
- Engage with residents through activities, games, and conversations to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be preferred
- Previous experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience
