Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the building, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings.
  • Perform routine custodial work, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors; dusting; washing walls, doors, and windows; and emptying trash.
  • Perform minor preventative maintenance and minor repairs to equipment used.
  • Assist maintenance personnel as needed and report major repair and maintenance needs.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Previous cleaning/janitorial experience required.
  • Basic ability to operate/learn personal computer.
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures.
  • Understanding of related safety and OSHA requirements.
Work Environment

Works both inside and outside, subject to weather conditions.
