Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and inspiring experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver on business priorities
  • Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business needs and drive sales growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
