Key Carrier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Carrier to join our team at HomeGoods. As a Key Carrier, you will play a critical role in maintaining the overall operation of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure they meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
• Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing store displays and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Loss Prevention: Identify and prevent shrinkage, ensuring the store's assets are protected.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with management, sales associates, and customers, providing clear and concise information.

• Experience: 1 year of retail experience, with 6 months of leadership experience.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of retail operations.
• Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
