Flight Paramedic

We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Paramedic to join our team at Air Methods. As a critical care transport professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pre-hospital advanced life support to patients in need.

• Provide pre-hospital advanced life support care to patients, including assessment, triage, and treatment.
• Collaborate with flight nurses and other medical professionals to ensure safe and effective patient transport.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in a busy 911 system; previous critical care transport experience a plus.
• Current certifications in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS, and advanced provider ITLS or PHTLS.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotation.
