Healthcare Social Worker Accreditor for Long-Term Care Facilities

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to join our team at Impact Recruiting Solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a technically challenging environment, supporting internal and external customers nationwide.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for surveying long-term care facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards. To excel in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Social Work and extensive experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities.
A key aspect of this position is maintaining current licensure to practice as an LCSW and possessing strong independent decision-making skills to direct and effectively manage the survey process.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct surveys of long-term care facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of survey findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to inform survey strategies and improve outcomes.
- Must have a Master's degree in Social Work.
- Must have successfully completed CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
- Must have at least two (2) years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.
- Must maintain current licensure to practice as an LCSW.
- Demonstrated history of independent decision-making skills to direct and effectively manage the survey process.
- Ability to set priorities independently and collectively in performing survey tasks.
- Ability to openly discuss conflicts/controversy, and to seek assistance when appropriate to make decisions and resolve conflicts.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis is required.
- A competitive salary of $72,000 - $80,000 per year.
