Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team as a Renal Nutrition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing nutritional services to patients with kidney disease, working closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient knowledge of diet and kidney disease, providing education and support to promote healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to achieve optimal nutritional status.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address malnutrition and other nutrition-related issues.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in renal nutrition
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
