Job Title: Mechanical QAQC Lead

DPR Construction is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical QAQC Lead to join our team for an Advanced Tech project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate QAQC activities with project team members, clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Review submittals for coordination with respective trades and vendor requirements.
  • Plan and schedule equipment inspections in accordance with the project schedule.
  • Review documentation for completeness and identify issues.
  • Ensure equipment inspections are completed Right-The-First-Time (RTFT) through training trade partners.
  • Issue resolution through coordination with OFCI/MOFE leads, trade partners, client, and third-party vendors.
  • Run schedule coordination meetings with DPR and Trade Partner Production & Quality teams to align 3rd Party inspector priorities.
  • Daily field walks to ensure production is on track and review equipment installations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Mechanical Systems, Electrical, Controls, and BMS/EPMS is a plus.
  • Excellent listening and strong written and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to create and support team morale.
  • Demonstrate understanding of building processes and systems.
  • A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
