Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in California.
Job DescriptionAs a Radiation Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing cancer treatment to patients using radiation. You will work closely with radiation oncologists and the cancer care team at a hospital or cancer center to deliver treatments, educate patients and families, and provide moral support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver radiation treatments to patients with cancer
- Work closely with radiation oncologists and the cancer care team
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Operate radiation equipment and use medical imaging
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist
- ARRT Certification
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license (if applicable)
